Overview
Megan founded Dean & Co Cleaning Services in February 2023 as an eco-focused commercial cleaning business. Alongside it she runs Emergency Cleaning Yorkshire (ECY), a rapid-response division for emergency, biohazard and crisis cleaning.
In under four years, Megan has built a reputation for calm, professional delivery in high-risk, high-pressure environments. Her team’s work covers commercial deep cleaning, environmental cleans and specialist emergency response, including biohazard, road traffic accident scenes, trauma, death and decomposition, flood response and extreme contamination.

Why Megan teaches
Megan leads Dean & Co’s skilled team of eight, holding industry accreditations including IPAF, PASMA and CSCS. She founded TECA because she knows what good training does for a team: safer work, consistent standards and cleaners who are confident on any site. Every course reflects how the work is actually done, with safety, discretion, compliance and care at the centre.
A different kind of background
Before founding Dean & Co, Megan spent 10 years in dispute resolution at Eversheds Solicitors, followed by 10 years in senior marketing roles. That experience gives her training a sharp focus on risk, accountability and reputation, the things that matter most to the businesses you’ll be cleaning for.
Beyond the business
Megan is a mum of three, a grandmother of one, an animal lover and a keen property renovator with projects in the UK, France and Portugal. She previously ran The Sunday Munch Project, a grassroots homeless initiative in Leeds. Away from work, you’ll usually find her open-water swimming, competing in events such as the Great North Swim and Great South Swim.
